2.4 One Account Rule. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) active 2777sx account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2777sx reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any associated transactions and withhold any balances pending investigation.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2777sx login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 2777sx will never ask you to provide your password by email, chat or telephone.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 2777sx immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your account. 2777sx accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). 2777sx operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme consistent with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Documents commonly accepted include a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence and a recent utility bill or bank statement.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 2777sx account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will stand until settled. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification where applicable.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within timeframes that vary by account VIP tier. Standard accounts may expect processing within one to three business days. Gold, Platinum and Diamond tier accounts receive prioritised or expedited processing as set out in the VIP programme terms. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification.

These rules govern settlement, void conditions, in-play bet restrictions and dispute resolution for all betting markets.
